The Alfa Romeo MiTo is a luxury city officially introduced three doors June 19, 2008, in the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, with an international introduction at the British Motor Show in 2008. The Alfa Romeo GTA (Gran Turismo Alleggerita), the sports version of the MiTo was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2009 as a prototype. The concept has a 1.75-liter turbo engine with direct injection and variable valve timing for intake and exhaust.
